Never disrespect your customer!
One thing you want to do no matter what level you reach is remain humble. Most importantly, when you're in the customer service business you want to be respectful to your client AT ALL TIMES. The following is an idiot who doesn't understand that. And no, I did not edit these emails in anyway. Everything below is from the 1st to last message.
No reply was given. Although, I've pursued a refund though PayPal. Notice I never lost my cool. There's no need to give fools negative energy because they feed off of it. Let them be foolish alone.
